1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made on velinapillow.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

3. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes. We reserve the right to modify products without prior notice.

4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

5. Orders
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

6. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

7. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary between 7–15 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

8. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting support@velinapillow.com.

9. Warranty
Our products are covered by a satisfaction guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

10. Limitation of Liability
Velina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
