We stand behind the quality of our pillow. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return or refund.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at support@velinapillow.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, free from visible damage caused by misuse, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@velinapillow.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship the correct item immediately and arrange return of the wrong one at our expense.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily soiled or damaged through misuse.
